Oven Cooking Instructions

- Serves 1:
- Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Settings: Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6. Times: 30-35 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min before serving. Remove film and stir before serving.
- Serves 2:
- Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Settings: Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6. Times: 45-50 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min before serving. Remove film and stir before serving.
Microwave Cooking Instructions

- Serves 1:
- Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable dish and cook on full power. Times: 4 mins > remove film, gently stir & re-cover > 2 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min. Stir and ensure the food is piping hot before serving.
- Serves 2:
- Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable dish and cook on full power. Times: 8 mins > remove film, gently stir & re-cover > 4 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min. Stir and ensure the food is piping hot before serving.
Defrost Instructions

- Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines but half the cooking time.
